By downloading or using RegretIt ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
RegretIt is an entertainment app that lets you log impulse purchases, receive AI-generated humorous commentary, and track spending patterns. The App is not a financial advisor and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.
You may optionally create an account using Sign In with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. All data is stored locally on your device by default.
The App offers a Pro subscription (weekly, with a 3-day free trial) and a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Roasts, milestone images, and suggestions are generated by AI. This content is provided for entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Content may occasionally be unexpected or edgy — that's the point.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (entries, photos, notes). We do not claim any rights to your content. When you share content via share cards or social media, you are responsible for what you share publicly.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App. You may not use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PLAYRIOT LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, financial decisions made based on App content, or AI-generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
